Our approach

We begin by understanding the participant’s goals, communication preferences, routines, culture, strengths and current support network. We then agree on clear responsibilities, safeguards and review points through the service agreement and support plan.

Support is adjusted as needs, goals and circumstances change. Where appropriate and consented to, we collaborate with families, nominees, clinicians, coordinators and other services to promote continuity and reduce unnecessary duplication.

NDIS funding information

Therapeutic supports are commonly funded through Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. Availability depends on practitioner disciplines and service location.
